SCANNING BARCODES WITH THE ROV SCANNER
The ROV Barcode Scanner scans bar codes while connected to a host for real-time data collection, or while disconnected and stores barcodes in non-volatile memory for later processing. This provides flexibility and worry-free scanning. All bar codes are stored, even while disconnected.

- "Batch" Operation While unplugged, all scanned bar codes are stored in onboard memory. Plug in scanner and bar codes will download to the host. While not actively connected to host via Bluetooth, all scanned bar codes are stored in onboard memory. Once a Bluetooth connection is re-established, the bar codes will download to the host.
- "Connected" Operation While plugged into the host, scanned bar codes will transfer directly into your software application. While connected via Bluetooth, scanned bar codes will transfer directly into your software application.
